Design and html / css coding for promotional and account emails

Objective: Design and code HTML email templates to communicate promotions and account information to consumers; design templates to work successfully with a variety of email clients including MS Office, Lotus Notes and other web-based email applications.

Solution: Good hierarchy, eye-catching graphics, table-based html & css layout and graceful degradation work to ensure that important promotional and account information is successfully communicated to customers.
