Information architecture, user experience and interface design for online portal application for worldwide telecommunications company

Objective: Create online portal to allow conferencing users to manage their account online, thereby driving down costs.

Solution: Designed intuitive information architecture & interface to respond to top ten inquiries into the helpdesk, allowing users to quickly and easily access important account and service information. Cut calls into helpdesk by at least 1 FTE.
